YPEK | Awards Nomination Form


















The Young Professionals of East Kentucky (YPEK) is accepting nominations for our first annual Awards Dinner to be held on Saturday, August 14th, 2010, at the Ramada Conference Center in Paintsville, Ky. Nominations are being accepted for the following awards: Civic Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Young Professional of the Year.


Nominees should be between the ages of 21-40, and be upstanding citizens in their community and have shown a commitment to benefiting the region. Nominees will be judged by the YPEK Awards Committee on many facets including, but not limited to, business development, community contribution, and innovative achievement.


To be eligible, nominees must reside in or have their business or organization located within the following 32 county YPEK service region: Bath, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Elliott, Estill, Harlan, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, McCreary, Menifee, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Powell, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Rowan, Wayne, Whitley, and Wolfe.
